CMHC Housing Catalogue Now Available to View
reLoad is proud to have been a part of this groundbreaking project, the first national housing catalogue of its scale to integrate both energy performance AND embodied carbon studies for affordable housing.
The designs for BC included in the Housing Design Catalogue have been prepared to allow a user to achieve BC Energy Step Code Step 4 and Zero Carbon Step Code Emission Level 4. reLoad used modelling and wbLCAs to tune envelope requirements for eight typologies across three climate zones in BC, resulting in 24 unique, low-carbon designs.
