reLoad celebrates 10 Years

Ten years ago, Martina founded reLoad with a vision to provide a high quality building performance service with focus on design guidance, and help create better buildings to a wider audience.

Since then, we've had the privilege of working alongside clients, partners, and communities to improve building performance, reduce emissions, and support a more sustainable built environment. Along the way, our work has evolved alongside the challenges facing our industry, expanding from energy efficiency and green building certifications to low carbon design, embodied carbon, and climate resilience.

Today, we're a team of six, working on projects across British Columbia and beyond. We're proud to support organizations like UBC, the City of Vancouver, and many others who continue to raise the bar for sustainable buildings and communities.

As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we're reflecting on what has made this journey possible: the trust of our clients, the collaboration of our partners, and the dedication of every team member who has contributed to reLoad over the years.

The challenges ahead are significant. Buildings need to be lower carbon, more efficient, and better prepared for a changing climate. We're excited to continue helping our clients navigate that future.
